Role Summary

The Finance Manager FP&A; will play a key role in supporting business performance through timely financial reporting, data consolidation, budgeting support, and analytical insights. The role will be responsible for developing standardized reporting frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators, delivering actionable business analysis, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare periodic management reports covering financial and operational performance.
- Consolidate data from multiple business functions to generate accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide meaningful business insights.
- Analyze business performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, highlighting key variances and underlying drivers.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Planning & Performance Management

- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Assist in financial planning activities by providing data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.
- Evaluate business performance through profitability and cost analysis across products, customers,



and business units.
- Support strategic initiatives by preparing financial models and business cases.

Reporting Process Improvement

- Streamline reporting processes through automation and standardization.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of recurring financial reports.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance reporting capabilities and data availability.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reporting systems.

Business Partnering

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to gather and validate business information.
- Provide analytical support to business leaders for operational and strategic decision-making.
- Respond to ad hoc requests for financial analysis and performance evaluation.

Governance & Controls

- Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports in accordance with established reporting calendars.
- Maintain documentation of reporting methodologies, assumptions, and data sources.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to financial reporting and performance analysis.
