Qualification:
- CA / B.Com / CA Student
- Preference for candidates from CA firms only
- Candidates pursuing CA should not require examination leave
Experience:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience
- Experience strictly from CA firms
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
- Finalization of books of accounts for multiple entities
- Preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Analysis of financial statements and recommendations for improvements
- Financial and tax planning for year-end and periodic book closures
Audit Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement audit plans
- Handle internal audit engagements and ensure timely completion of audit reports
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Identify process gaps and internal control deficiencies
- Coordinate with management for corrective actions and follow-up on pending issues
Inventory & Management Audit
- Checking and preparation of Drawing Power Statements
- Preparation of various MIS reports as required by clients
- Data analysis to identify discrepancies, risks, and improvement areas
- Basic knowledge of FEMA regulations
- Knowledge of SEBI compliance for listed companies is an added advantage
Interpersonal & Technical Skills:
- Ability to communicate and present reports to Directors and Partners
- Mentoring and development of audit staff
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and observational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Working knowledge of Tally & Spectrum
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
