Role Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and dynamic Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee critical financial operations, reporting, and process automation. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to manage complex partner reconciliations, revenue reporting, variance analysis, and audit compliances. You will also play a pivotal role in driving system migrations and automation to scale our financial infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Operations & Reconciliation

- LSP Reconciliations: Own and manage end-to-end bank reconciliations with various Lending Service Providers (LSPs), ensuring 100% accuracy and timely dispute resolution.
- Payout Management: Oversee the verification, processing, and management of commission invoice payouts to partners.

2. Revenue Reporting & Financial Analysis

- Revenue Management: Prepare and present comprehensive, structured revenue reports for senior management review.
- Budgetary Control: Analyze and report on variances between budgeted and actual expenses, delivering actionable insights for strategic cost management.
- Credit & Risk Analysis: Conduct detailed Non-Performing Asset (NPA) analysis and historical comparisons to actively monitor and assess the platform's financial health.

3. Process Automation & System Integration

- System Migration: Spearhead system migration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition financial data seamlessly.
- Efficiency Drives:



Drive process automation initiatives and develop new, scalable reporting frameworks to enhance overall operational efficiency.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Audit & Compliance: Support and facilitate both internal and external audit activities, ensuring absolute data integrity and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Corporate Accounting, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), preferably within the FinTech, NBFC, or Banking sector.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of automated reconciliation tools, ERP system migrations, and advanced financial reporting methodologies.
- Analytical Ability: Robust proficiency in handling large datasets, variance analysis, and financial modeling (Advanced Excel/SQL is a plus).
- Core Knowledge: Solid grasp of lending dynamics, NPA accounting rules, and regulatory audit requirements.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing small-to-medium-sized teams.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively translate financial data into insights for executive leadership.
