- You will lead enterprise client acquisition and strategic relationship building.

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Opening New Enterprise Accounts

- Identify and acquire large MNCs, consulting firms, and enterprise clients

- Build relationships with CHROs, TA heads, and senior business leaders

- Convert conversations into high-volume hiring mandates

2. Building Strategic Client Relationships

- Develop long-term relationships with key HR and business stakeholders

- Position Contactx as a preferred recruitment partner

- Drive repeat mandates and long-term account growth

3. Mining Existing Accounts

- Expand business within current clients by identifying untapped divisions and business units

- Add new HR SPOCs and hiring leaders

- Convert accounts into multi-vertical revenue streams

4. Key Rating Parameters

You will be rated on:





- New enterprise clients acquired

- Hiring mandates generated

- Closures and revenue generated

- Growth of existing accounts

5. Working Closely with Delivery Teams

- Our recruitment teams will execute the mandates. Your role is to : open doors, build trust, generate opportunities and ensure solid client relationships

Ideal Profile

You will succeed in this role if you:

- Have 8-15 years experience in recruitment consulting or talent solutions

- Have personally acquired enterprise clients

- Have solid relationships with HR Talent Acquisition leaders

- Understand consulting and large enterprise hiring

- Are comfortable operating in a high ownership, entrepreneurial environment
