Role & responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and network issues.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
- Support ERP applications, email systems, and user account management.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, antivirus, and data backups.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for hardware, networking, CCTV, and biometric systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and maintain IT documentation.
- Provide IT support to corporate office and project/site offices as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in desktop support and IT infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, hardware troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
