Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Maharashtra for a leading multinational company specializing in electrical safety solutions, industrial products, and infrastructure technologies.

The role involves leading a regional sales team, developing consultant and EPC relationships, driving project specifications, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Increase market share and profitability across the assigned territory.

Customer & Project Management

- Build strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants, EPC Contractors, Builders, Developers, and Project Owners.
- Drive product approvals and project specifications.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and bid discussions.
- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle.





Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Engineers.
- Monitor team performance and sales targets.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Support key customer engagements and strategic projects.

Sales Operations

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews.
- Maintain CRM and customer records.
- Ensure timely quotation, negotiation, billing, and collection activities.

Market Development

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify current project opportunities within infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and renewable sectors.
