Roles & Responsibilities

- Diverse Shoots: Take high-quality photos in the studio, outdoors, and at events. This includes:

- Events & Celebrations: Birthdays, family functions, and baby showers.
- Portraits: Newborn/baby shoots, maternity photos, family portraits, and skilled headshots.

- Edit Photos: Fix lighting, smooth skin, adjust colors, and remove unwanted backgrounds using Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Work with Clients: Talk to clients about what they want, guide adults and kids gently on how to pose, and deliver final photos on time.
- Care for Gear: Clean, organize, and look after camera gear, portable lights, and studio space.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2+ years of experience doing studio, outdoor, and event photography (especially with babies, families, and events).
- Portfolio: A portfolio showing your best indoor,



outdoor, event, and portrait editing work.
- Tools: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- People Skills: Friendly, patient with kids and families, and great at making people feel relaxed in front of the camera.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (fixed, based on experience and portfolio quality).
