Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Lead the preparation and delivery of Client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), RFI/RFP submissions and consultant information requests for institutional and intermediary clients.

- 2. Prepare and review investment product marketing documents, including Newsletters, Factsheets, fund brochures, PPTs for marketing decks, covering notes for emailers, etc.

- 3. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information across internal systems, consultant databases websites, Bloomberg, marketing materials, and third-party platforms.

- 4. Work in close co-ordination with Compliance team members to ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements, Quantum standards ethics, etc.

- 5. Coordinate and validate responses across Investments, Sales, Compliance, and Operations.

- 6. Develop and update document content from first draft stage to final document stage, with facts and figures presented as graphs, charts, diagrams, tables, along with write-up of Investment Thesis, Market Commentary, Economic Outlook, etc.

- 7. Manage consultant databases and product information repositories.

- 8.



Coordinate website content updates product disclosures and ensure fund NAV updates on Bloomberg.

- 9. Ensure consistency of product messaging across all client-facing materials.

- 10. Drive continuous improvement in product documentation and process efficiency.

- 11. Maintain operational controls, SOPs and risk registers.

- 12. Lead usage of Salesforce as central system for delivery of newsletters.

Expected Skills:

- Experience across Product Management, DDQs, Consultant Databases, RFP, RFI.

- Solid understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle and investment compliance.

- Experience with MS Excel, Word, PPT, Adobe Editor, Bloomberg, Reuters.

Education Experience:

- B.com / MBA (Finance/Marketing)

- 812 years of experience in Asset Management, PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds or Institutional Investment Management.
