IT Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven IT Support Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, ERP platforms, network systems, cybersecurity and end-user support across the organization.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Computer Science / IT
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Willing to travel
• Experience in corporate IT environments preferred

Technical Skills & Software Proficiency

- Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Apple macOS and iOS
• ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle ERP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, Zoho and equivalent platforms
• Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Linux Server Administration
• Active Directory and User Access Management
• Cybersecurity, Endpoint Protection and Backup Solutions
• Website Management and Domain Administration




• IT Asset Management and Software Licensing
• Power BI and reporting tools (preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain operating systems, servers, laptops, desktops, Macs, printers, mobile devices and software.
• Ensure data security, network access and backup systems.
• Manage Linux servers and enterprise applications.
• Support ERP users and business applications.
• Manage software licenses and IT assets.
• Maintain CCTV, EPABX and internet connectivity.
• Create and manage user accounts.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support website administration and digital platforms.
• Repair, replace and upgrade hardware and software.
