Role Overview:
DCB Bank is hiring an NRI Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of NRI clients, driving liability, investment, and cross-sell business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing NRI client portfolio CASA, FDs, Investments, Remittances
- Deepen wallet share through cross-sell (MF, Insurance, FX, Wealth products)
- Acquire current NRI relationships (NTB) in addition to portfolio management
- Ensure superior customer service, retention, and relationship deepening
- Achieve AUM growth, revenue, and cross-sell targets
Must-Have:
- Prior Portfolio Handling experience is mandatory (NRI or Premium/Wealth banking portfolio)
- 7+ years of banking/relationship management experience
- AMFI/IRDA certification preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
