Preferred experience

- Experience of 3-6 years in NBFCs in front office fund raising role in NBFC.
- Experience in handling multiple treasury products such as Loans/ ECB/ NCD/ CP/ Securitization (both DA and PTC) across lender segments such as Banks / NBFCs / Corporates /DFIs
- All around experience comprising Cash Flow management, ALM monitoring and reporting, Credit ratings, Compliance with all Regulations on borrowings

Role:

- Engage actively with all lenders, Create visibility about NeoGrowth and its business as part of building a pipeline of prospective lenders
- Compiling information as per the prescribed templates of Banks / NBFCs and other lenders and co-ordinate with internal teams for information requirements, scheduling DD meets etc.
- Monitoring Lender repayments, reporting and other compliances
- Regulatory reportings like RBI Returns, NSDL DLT actions etc.
- Engage with lenders on a continuing basis with regard to compliance requirements under terms of credit facilities
- Engage with market intermediaries to identify prospects and structure deals.
- Ensure monitoring of security cover for secured borrowings and review security cover statements submitted to lenders to ensure compliance with terms




- Liaise with Secretarial department at the time of borrowings to ensure timely documentation for credit facilities, charge management for security, availability of board resolutions, etc.
- Preparation of complete MIS relating to lenders, borrowings and investments
- Supporting for Credit Rating surveillance information
- Support in the timely Compliance relating to Lenders such as Financial and Reporting Covenants, Post disbursal conditions and filings of RBI
- Provide information and liaise with Internal Auditor, Statutory Auditor and RBI Auditor for all aspects of Treasury

Skills:

- Robust network of relationships spanning domestic and overseas debt markets
- Ability to understand regulatory framework and draw up suitable borrowing strategy for the Company
- Understanding of financial markets, Macro-economic factors
- Analytical and Strategic mindset
- Familiarity with deal structures, deal maths and understanding of covenants
- Solution focused with ability to drive consensus among the team
- Strong ability to anticipate problems and provide effective solutions in good TAT
- Proactive approach takes initiative and ensures completion
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple activities through effective assignment of priorities
