Role Summary:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR to manage end-to-end recruitment, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR data management. The role requires solid stakeholder coordination, process adherence, and proficiency in HR documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving recruitment operations efficiently while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Conduct initial HR screenings and facilitate end-to-end interview coordination
- Oversee offer management, including roll-out and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of joining formalities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Administer and optimize the usage of ATS for effective recruitment tracking
- Monitor hiring pipelines and maintain structured candidate databases
- Prepare, analyze,



and present Recruitment MIS and HR reports
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to fulfil talent requirements within defined timelines
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles
- Age 35 years and above
