Role Overview
The HR Associate HR Operations will support and execute core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role is critical in managing HR data, payroll inputs, statutory compliance inputs, and recruitment coordination while maintaining high standards of process discipline and employee experience in a fastgrowing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Employee Lifecycle
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, contracts, and HRIS data
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and exit formalities
- Support employee lifecycle events such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations
- Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, processes, and documentation standards
2. Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Maintain applicant tracking data and recruitment logs
- Conduct background and reference checks and support offer rollout and onboarding
- Ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition experience
3. Payroll Time Management
- Maintain and validate attendance, leave, and timekeeping records
- Prepare and process payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, and changes
- Support payroll processing, including validation of reports and resolving discrepancies
- Manage payroll-related documentation and employee queries
4. HR Systems Data Management
- Maintain HRIS and payroll systems with high data accuracy
- Generate HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, payroll, and compliance
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations
Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or MBA in Human Resources,
- 0 2 years of experience in HR Operations
- Experience managing payroll inputs and employee lifecycle processes
- Exposure to HRMS/payroll software (e.g., Zoho, Keka, GreytHR, etc.)
