Position: Analyst

Location: Mumbai

The Chance

The Analyst will be working on an initiative in India s RD ecosystem that will require close collaboration with philanthropists and academia. The Analyst will be supporting programme delivery, while building strong working relationships with internal teams and clients. They will be required to own high-impact RD initiatives end-to-end, contribute to solving project problems using research and consulting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver specific work streams / tracks within the project, under the guidance of Consultant or Project Lead
- Support overall project planning and coordination to help keep work streams organized
- Act as the SPOC on behalf of Sattva and the client for high-impact RD initiatives, to coordinate with the Principal Investigator, Programme Manager and other stakeholders at academic institutions, ensuring effective delivery of agreed upon research activities
- Co-create initiatives closely with academic stakeholders and client leadership, supporting with ideation and documentation
- Conduct research, build frameworks, and support portfolio management tasks as directed

- 1 2 years of experience in research or program support for science and technology-led initiatives, innovation management at research institutes, accelerators, or venture studios (freshers with strong relevant internships may also be considered)
- Exposure to project coordination and stakeholder engagement across corporates, social enterprises, academic institutions, or development agencies is good to have
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in innovation and the science-based research landscape in India and globally is good to have
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity
- Required qualifications : Graduation in a sciences / technology stream
- Demonstrates humility, curiosity, and a growth mindset, with a self-starter attitude and eagerness to learn
