Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 2-4 YearsJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT.
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, hiring metrics, and ATS is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
