Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator cum Tele Caller is responsible for supporting the sales team through customer communication, lead generation, follow-ups, sales coordination, and maintaining customer records. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Calling & Lead Generation

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to build strong relationships.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, proposals, and customer records.
- Track sales activities and update CRM or sales databases.
- Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven professional who can effectively support sales activities while building strong relationships with customers through telephonic communication.

Experience

- 13 years of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Essential Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and conduct effective follow-ups.
- Positive persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
