- Experience in volume/BPO hiring
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring requirements
- Experience in employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Employee documentation and BGV process management
- Maintaining HR records, employee databases, and personnel files
- Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities and daily HR operations
- Robust exp of labour office-related work is mandatory
