Roles and Responsibility
- Manage VIP guest relationships and ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu customization and fine dining service.
- Maintain high standards of ambience upkeep and concierge assistance.
- Provide exceptional beverage service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of fine dining and beverage service.
- Experience in concierge assistance and ambience upkeep.
- Ability to coordinate with various teams to achieve common goals.
