- We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Australian Mortgage Processor to support our growing client base in Australia.
- If you have hands-on experience in handling Australian home loan files from application to settlement and are comfortable working in early morning shifts aligned to the Australian time zone, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Review loan applications and supporting documents for accuracy & completeness
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients for documentation & verification
- Order property valuations, conduct credit checks & verify income/employment
- Data entry into CRM systems and lender portals
- Prepare and submit applications as per compliance guidelines
- Track loan progress to ensure timely settlements




- Maintain explicit & updated loan records
- Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Australian Mortgage Processing Strong understanding of Australian lending processes Experience working with lender portals & CRM systems Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) Strong attention to detail & ability to multitask Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace Comfortable working in Australian time zone (Early Morning Shift)
