Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Manager to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to building effective HR policies and processes. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling End-to-End HR Operations

* Managing HR processes, employee lifecycle & operations





* Team handling and people management responsibilities

* Coordination with internal stakeholders and leadership

* Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures

* Oversee employee induction and end-to-end onboarding formalities

* Manage payroll inputs, coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing

* Address employee grievances and support resolution in a fair and timely manner

* Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance

* Support overall HR operations and continuous process improvements

Requirements:
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

* Should be good in Excel

* Prior experience in HR Operations with team handling exposure

* Solid ownership and execution mindset

* Female candidates preferred
