Job Description Summary

Executive - Production is responsible to supervise the working of production department in shifts at Taloja plant and ensuring timely delivery by utilizing all the available resources.

Hiring Requirements

- Maintain the batch process control records / log sheets for proper documentation.
- Maintain the stock of necessary PPEs required for uninterrupted working of the Production department and to see that the operating personnel are using all PPEs as required.
- Train and supervise the working of all operators in the department.
- Monitor and record the waste generation and disposal at the site department wise in shifts.
- Ensure Zero incidents & accidents in plants.
- Achieve batch wise timelines, both in quantity as well as quality.
- Responsible for review & submission of BPCR and ECR within time to QA Department.
- Responsible for reporting of Deviation and Incident.




- Responsible for actively participating in investigation i.e., OOS, CAPA. Deviation, Incidents.
- Responsible for preparation of current SOP and revision of SOP as per requirement.
- Monitoring of preventive maintenance of equipment as per schedule.
- Conduct the Near miss and Quality alert and compiles it.
- Prepare the safety work permit as per requirement.
- Check issuance and reconciliation of Raw & Packaging material as per GMP guidelines.
- Ensure proper transfer of finished goods from production area to store.
- Responsible for completion of assigned task as per business requirement.
