We are looking for a highly skilled Java Tech Lead with strong experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical solutions, ensure coding best practices, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Javabased applications.
- Architect and implement Microservices using Spring Boot and cloud-native principles.
- Develop robust and secure REST APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to the development team.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile development activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of handson experience in Java application development.
- Solid proficiency in Core Java (8 or above).
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, and Microservices patterns.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and integration patterns.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and excellent communication skills.
