Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using Power BI to provide insights on employee engagement, attrition analysis, and workforce metrics.

- Design and implement effective people analytics strategies to drive business decisions related to talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR metrics reporting.

- Create regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve employee engagement initiatives through surveys like NPS or other tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience in HR Analytics/People Analytics/Workforce Analytics role.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).

- Solid proficiency in creating complex reports using Excel; knowledge of Power BI an added advantage.

- Experience working with large datasets; ability to extract insights from structured & unstructured data.
