- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in hiring decisions.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current hires.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Generate HR reports and MIS as required.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
- Support statutory compliance and labor law requirements.
- Assist in audits and documentation related to HR compliance.
HR Administration
- Maintain personnel files and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for HR-related activities.
- Support various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
