Produces equipment of steel cold rolling mills & process lines with high accuracy.

2. Key Result Area

Maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records and maintaining equipment.

3. Key Responsibilities

- Engineering drawing knowledge & study.
- Mechanical parts/components identification & use of knowledge.
- Plans assembly sequence by studying drawings, specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
- Hand assembly experience for steel cold rolling mill and process line equipment
- Handling & use of measurement equipment
- Use of mechanical tools & tackles.
- Maintain protected operations by adhering to safety procedures
- Problem identification and troubleshooting.
- Ensures compliance to quality,



safety & environmental standards as per ISO 9001.

4. Qualification and Experience

ITI/NCTVT course from a recognized institute with around 5-7yrs experience of assembly in any engineering industry.

5. Technical Competencies

- Knowledge of Piping and drawing knowledge.
- Expert in use of measuring instruments.
- Expert in machine building with accuracy and specifications.
