Process: Godrej - Inbound Customer Service

Location: ETPL Tower, Thane

Centralized Pick-up & Drop Facility from Thane Station

Job Role

- Handle inbound customer queries
- Provide customer support and service assistance
- Manage telecalling and customer interaction process
- Voice-based customer service role

Eligibility

- Graduation Mandatory
- Min. 2 Months Experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / Sales
- Positive Communication Skills Required (V4 / V5)

Salary: Upto 22,000 CTC

- Shift Details
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 1 Rotational Week Off
