Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Ensuring productive execution of HR operations.
- Support organizational change initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
