Roles & Responsibilities:Act as a strategic advisor and a hands-on transformation leader helping clients define their supply chain vision, craft actionable roadmaps, and manage the delivery of initiatives that address both long-term strategic priorities and short-term operational challenges. Engage deeply with client leadership, develop compelling business cases, and drive value realization across engagements.

- Lead

end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation projects, balancing long-term strategic design with pragmatic execution.

- Define client supply chain strategies, operating models, and digital roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

-Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and

solutioning to grow business





- Identify key opportunities for value creation from cost reduction and service improvement to risk mitigation and process excellence.

- Engage with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle

-Lead and support development of cutting-edge points of viewand articles that drive Accenture equity in

the market

- Drive business development by contributing to proposal creation and shaping new opportunities.

- Support capability building, practice development, and thought leadership within the Supply Chain & Operations team.

-Coach team members on activitiessuch as as-is process and maturity assessment, technology

evaluation, opportunity identification, business case and roadmap creation along with implementation of recommendations
