Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Professional to oversee the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in construction projects. The role requires ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute MEP works at project sites
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate with architects, civil teams, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site support
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Project management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)
