Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Oil and Gas positions across junior, mid, and senior levels
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database searches
- Understand client/hiring manager requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per role fitment and business requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and candidate onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure closure of positions within defined TAT
- Build a robust pipeline of BFSI talent for ongoing and future mandates.
