Job Description:-
We are hiring experienced BPO Team Leaders for the ICICI Bank Credit Card and L&T; Personal Loan Outbound Lead Generation processes.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Lead and manage a team in an outbound sales/lead generation process.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.
- Handle team productivity, attendance, and performance management.
- Prepare and analyze APR reports.
- Monitor and manage shrinkage and attrition metrics.
- Coach, motivate, and support team members to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BPO Team Leader in a sales process (mandatory).
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of shrinkage,



attrition formulas, and APR reports.
- Experience in outbound sales/lead generation is mandatory.
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
- Both male and female candidates can apply.
- Maximum age: 30 years.

Salary:-

- Up to 30,000 Gross per month (based on experience and interview performance).

Shift & Working Days:-

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- 6 days working
- Rotational weekly off

Note: Only candidates with experience as a BPO Team Leader will be considered.
