- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders, translating granular engineering challenges into business-impact narratives.

3. DevOps & Infrastructure Oversight

- CI/CD Automation:



Oversee the architecture of automated deployment pipelines, ensuring containerized workloads (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) transition smoothly across environments.

- Observability: Ensure comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks are implemented to proactively address production bottlenecks.

Required Technical Profile

The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep backend engineering heritage and modern infrastructure expertise:

- Core Language Expertise: Deep mastery of modern Java versions, focusing on concurrency utilities, memory management (Garbage Collection tuning), and performance optimization.

- Frameworks & Ecosystem: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and building RESTful APIs or gRPC services.

- Data & Messaging Architecture: Strong proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed message brokers (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ) for event-driven architectures.

- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience architecting and deploying scalable solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
