Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide legal advice on commercial contracts, including reviewing and negotiating agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts related to software licensing, services, consulting, and other commercial transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them in contractual arrangements.
- Ensure timely execution of contractual obligations by monitoring progress against milestones and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in contract drafting, management, or both.
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts, particularly those related to IT services & consulting industries.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
