Purpose of the Role

This role owns PrintStops compliance backbone. You will be the Management Representative for our ISO certifications, drive our ESG submission and improvement roadmap, and run an independent process audit programme across functions. You report directly to the CEO with the authority to challenge function heads on their compliance obligations.

This is not a documentation role. It is an accountability role.

Year 1 Priorities1. ISO 27001:2022 Management Representative duties

Own the ISMS calendar, Management Review Meetings, Statement of Applicability maintenance and internal audit programme. Coordinate with Alcumus ISOQAR for the annual surveillance audit. Close the 12 open observations from the May 2026 recertification audit by driving function owners to evidence their controls.

2. ISO 9001:2015 Management Representative duties

Coordinate with the Operations and QC leadership on quality management system maintenance. Own the certification-facing documentation, MRM cadence, and audit readiness.

3. EcoVadis ESG Certification

Manage the engagement with our external ESG consultant (InCorp). Own internal data collation across setting, labour, ethics and sustainable procurement. Deliver the submission this quarter. Post-submission, own the improvement roadmap so our score improves in the next annual cycle.

4. Independent Process Audit Programme

Design and run quarterly process audits across HR / Admin, IT, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance. Track findings to closure. Present audit outcomes at monthly compliance reviews chaired by the CEO.

5. DPDPA 2023 Operational Support

The CEO holds the Data Protection Officer seat. You will draft operational playbooks, records of processing, data subject rights templates, sub-processor evaluations,



and breach response procedures under CEO review.

What This Role Does Not Own

To keep scope clear:

Technical information security execution sits with the IT Manager and Technology Manager. You audit; you do not administer.

Shop-floor quality control sits with the QC Manager under Operations. You audit; you do not run production quality.

Who We Are Looking For

Must have:

- 5-8 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or Management Representative role.
- ISO 27001:2022 Lead Auditor certification.
- Prior MR experience at a company of similar or larger complexity (Rs. 50 Cr+ revenue, physical operations, multi-function).
- Demonstrated track record of closing audit findings, not just documenting them.
- Comfort challenging senior stakeholders politely but firmly.

Strongly preferred:

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.
- Exposure to ESG frameworks (EcoVadis, GRI, BRSR). Even one prior submission counts.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, print, packaging, logistics, or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with DPDPA 2023 or comparable privacy regimes.

Nice to have:

- CISA
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Prior work with Big 4 audit teams (as an auditor or auditee).

Personality Fit

- We are a lean company. This role only succeeds if the person can:
- Operate independently without needing daily direction.
- Say no to function heads with more tenure and higher salaries, and hold their ground.
- Distinguish between what is on paper and what actually happens on the floor.
- Ask uncomfortable questions of technical people (IT, AWS, factory ops) without needing to be technical themselves.
- Write clearly and concisely. Long compliance reports that nobody reads are a failure of the role, not a feature of it.
