We are a leading restaurant group operating multiple restaurants across Mumbai, known for creating unique dining experiences through innovative concepts, exceptional food, and inspiring interiors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of new restaurant projects, renovations, and outlet refurbishments.

- Develop creative restaurant concepts aligned with the brand identity and customer experience.

- Prepare space planning, layout plans, concept designs, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Select materials, furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, and dcor within approved budgets.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.

- Ensure all designs comply with local building regulations, fire and safety norms, and restaurant operational requirements.

- Collaborate with Operations, Kitchen Planning, Procurement, and Management teams during project execution.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, BOQs, and vendor quotations.

- Review contractor bills, project measurements, and quality standards before approvals.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising design quality.

- Maintain design documentation, project records, and as-built drawings.





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality interior design.

- Expertise in space planning, kitchen coordination, and customer flow.

- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar design software.

- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.

- Good understanding of materials, lighting, furniture, and interior finishes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple restaurant projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 7–12 years of experience in interior design, with significant experience in restaurants, hospitality, hotels, cafs, or commercial projects.

Preferred Experience

- Experience designing fine-dining restaurants, casual dining restaurants, cafs, lounges, bars, and QSR outlets.

- Experience handling multiple restaurant projects across different locations.

- Knowledge of Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) guidelines, Fire NOC requirements, and hospitality project standards will be an advantage.
