With over 25000 SKU's we currently trade in, our back end is a robust CRM and ERP system to service a very unorganised sector bringing transparency in pricing, delivery and quality assurance.

We are adding 5000+ SKUs to our offering, and service more than 50 clients today. With our clients, we are helping purchase an average of 40% of their total buying, aiming to increase to a majority becoming a one-stop shop for all their requirements. Our products range from cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, tile, stone, wall finishes, raw materials and more. This covers almost 70% of a project lifecycle in real estate, construction and interiors.

Our clientele ranges from builders, contractors, architects, industries and retail.

We are looking for dynamic Sales Managers to drive small and mid-scale contractor and builder projects across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

-Project Acquisition & Sales: Pitch to purchase heads, project managers, and key decision-makers to secure client orders.

-Relationship Building: Leverage and cultivate an extensive network of developers,



procurement heads, and contractors for continuous business pipelines.

-End-to-End Coordination: Oversee purchase from inception to completion, coordinating with internal logistics, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery.

-Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations, balancing profitability with client satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

-Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in project sales or business development within the building materials industry (Steel, Cement, Electrical, Plumbing, Tiles, Bathware, Sanitary ware, etc.)

-Skills: Exceptional negotiation, high-stakes presentation skills, and a deep understanding of construction and interior project timelines.
