- Manage and maintain CFS & SEZ ERP software.
- Resolve software issues on priority and coordinate with software vendors for timely resolution.
- Identify system gaps and suggest current features and process improvements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, hardware, network, printers, CCTV, and biometric systems.
- Maintain data backups, user access, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards as required by management.
- Test and implement new software developments and updates.
- Provide IT support and user training to all departments.
Eligibility
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in ERP/IT support.
- Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, CFS, or SEZ industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
