Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer (L2) with hands-on experience in Cisco Routing, Switching, Wireless LAN, and Fiber Optics. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing network changes, maintaining high availability, and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure in a 247 setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 Cisco switches, VLANs, Trunking, STP, EtherChannel, VSS, and Port Security.
- Support Static Routing, Floating Static Routes, and BGP fundamentals.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points, SSIDs, AAA/RADIUS, and wireless connectivity.
- Diagnose LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, fiber, and internet connectivity issues.
- Perform configuration backup & restoration, firmware upgrades, and network change implementation.




- Monitor network health, resolve incidents within SLA, perform RCA, and coordinate with OEMs/ISPs.
- Maintain network documentation and support 247 operations.
