- Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and management.
- Book air tickets, hotel accommodations, visas, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure timely communication of travel schedules.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors to obtain cost-effective travel solutions.
- Maintain travel records, invoices, and expense reports.
Executive Assistance
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior management.
- Organize business meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth communication.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in administrative and operational activities as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Travel Desk, Executive Assistant, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel booking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Qualified attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
