Key Responsibilities:

- Identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new vendors.
- Vendor capability assessment and qualification.
- Cost optimization through supplier development and negotiations.
- Coordination with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams for supplier development activities.
- Monitoring supplier performance on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service parameters.
- Support localization and alternate source development initiatives.
- Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain vendor development records and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in Vendor Development, Supplier Development, Purchase, or Supply Chain Management.
- Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supplier management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
