Role Description:

This role is for Senior level with an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE). Your role would involve supporting and assisting in various aspects of insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings (IBC 2016). You would work under the supervision of senior professionals,



such as Insolvency Professionals (IPs) and senior associates. This role would be reporting to the senior associate and would be located at Mumbai (Lower Parel) office or clients office (as the case maybe). This would be an onsite full-time role.

Responsibilities will include:

- Semi-qualified CA / CA or CMA or CS or MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com over 1-2 years of experience into IBC
- Background in accounting, audit, finance, or legal support is preferred
- Must have good communication skills written and verbal
- Knowledge about IBC 2016, who is what and how does the overall process work
- Comfortable reading financial statements (not expert level, but can spot the difference between net profit and net worth)
- Strong familiarity with MS Office
- Communication: Speak clearly, write professionally, listen actively
- Good Team Player / Work Ethics / Inter-personal skills / Learn and explore current knowledge
- Ready to work with tight deadlines, complex situations, and sometimes total chaos
- Open to travel and comfortable to communicate with varied stakeholders - Senior Management to Government Officials/Staff/Clerks.
