Sound knowledge of WM processes and interfacing with MM and SD processes
• Expertise in SU and HU Management
• Put away and Picking strategies
• Exposure to RF and interfaces
• Knowledge of ATTP would be an added advantage
• Ability to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements/scenarios and provide Root Cause Analysis and solution
• Design, customize, configure and testing of WM module.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
