Accountability Design and Planning Inputs
- Provide technical expertise in the design and development of MEP systems, ensuring that all aspects meet the project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Ensure MEP designs are coordinated with other disciplines such as civil, structural, and architectural.
- Review and approve all MEP drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors for system integration and approval. Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely execution and integration of MEP systems.
- Participate in project meetings and update stakeholders on MEP-related project progress. Installation Supervision
- Oversee the installation of all MEP systems, ensuring they are implemented per design and within safety guidelines.
- Provide on-site supervision and resolve any installation-related issues promptly.
- Coordination with RCC and Finishes Team to ensure coordinated handover and takeover as per timeline ensuring proper clash detection Site Management
- Oversee MEP operations on-site, managing contractors, vendors, and resources.
- Ensure that MEP activities are conducted in compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Quality Assurance




- Implement quality control measures for MEP installations and ensure systems are tested and inspected before commissioning.
- Ensure all work is performed to the required quality standards, including testing, commissioning, and handover. Resource Management
- Manage MEP project resources (including manpower, materials, and equipment).
- Monitor procurement, ensure on-time delivery of materials, and manage project timelines. Contractor Coordination
- Liaise with MEP contractors and suppliers, ensuring they adhere to the design, specifications, and timelines.
- Evaluate contractor performance and resolve any issues that may arise. Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure that all MEP-related activities on-site comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and resolve potential risks or hazards. Manage the people in the project team
- Manage and support recruitment for MEP team members, set performance objectives (KRAs), monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure that team welfare is managed, including addressing grievances, inspiring staff, and ensuring efficient operations.
