- Supervise and execute Mivan / Aluminium Formwork activities at site.
- Ensure proper alignment, leveling, shuttering, and erection of aluminium formwork systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work completion as per project schedule.
- Check quality of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure safety standards and site housekeeping are maintained.
- Handle manpower planning and material coordination at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update senior management.
- Coordinate with RCC, finishing, and MEP teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper dismantling and repetition cycle of Mivan formwork.Role & responsibilities
