Job Title: Business Development Manager -Voice

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Reporting To: Chief Business Head Voice & CCaaS

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager Voice to support and scale our business from the Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon office. This role will work closely with Regional Sales Heads and KAMs to drive enterprise opportunities, strengthen pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Contribution & Execution

- Contribute towards achieving aggressive regional revenue targets (10x growth vision)

- Execute defined GTM strategies in collaboration with Regional teams

- Identify and pursue high-value opportunities in the region

2. Enterprise Sales Support & Closures

- Support large enterprise deal cycles in coordination with Regional Heads

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions

- Assist in proposal creation, commercial discussions, and deal closures

3. Funnel & Pipeline Development

- Build and maintain a strong high-value (H/W) pipeline





- Work closely with KAMs to improve lead qualification and conversion

- Ensure regular tracking and reporting of pipeline status

4. Collaboration with Sales Teams

- Work alongside Regional Heads and KAMs to drive business outcomes

- Provide on-ground support for key opportunities and strategic accounts

- Coordinate with internal teams for solutioning and timely delivery

5. Market Development

- Identify new business opportunities and industry segments

- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics

- Contribution to regional revenue growth

- Enterprise deal participation and closures

- Funnel size, quality, and conversion ratio

- New logo acquisition support

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales (Voice/CCaaS/Cloud Telephony)

- Exposure to enterprise sales and solution selling

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven and collaborative environment
