Job Summary

We are looking for an EDGAR/GoFiler Specialist to convert, format, and electronically file financial documents with the U.S. SEC using GoFiler. The role involves preparing SEC-compliant HTML documents from Word, Excel, and PDF files while ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Core Responsibilities

- Document Conversion: Transform complex financial statements, proxies, and registration statements into SEC-compliant HTML.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread filings against source documents to ensure zero data loss or formatting shifts.
- SEC Submission: Manage the secure transmission of forms (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 4, S-1) via the EDGAR system.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, and verify required filing data.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve GoFiler software errors, validation warnings, and SEC rejection notices instantly.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Software Expertise: Advanced, hands-on experience with GoFiler suite.
- SEC Knowledge: Deep understanding of SEC EDGAR filing rules, forms, and formatting restrictions.
- Technical Proficiency: Robust command of HTML/CSS coding structures and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Financial Literacy: Ability to read basic corporate financial statements and balance sheets.
- Time Management: Proven ability to work under high pressure and meet rigid regulatory deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Background: 1+ years of experience in Edgar Filling with GoFiler Software
