- 6 - 10 years of experience in security management.
- Experience in commercial real estate, corporate parks, or business parks is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, fire safety, emergency management, and statutory compliance.
- Manage day-to-day security operations across the property.
- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
- Supervise security guards and security agency performance.
- Monitor CCTV, access control systems, visitor management, and alarm systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability assessments.
- Coordinate with police, fire brigade, and emergency services.
