Role & responsibilities :

• KYC and client onboarding processes

• Depository related processes

• End to end understanding of broking operations across all segments

• Trade processing

• Funds and Securities Settlement processing

• Billing and Contracting

• Handling internal/external audits and exchange inspections including Compliance queries

• Team management responsibilities

• Mandatory Client reporting needs

• Margin and shortfall monitoring

• Knowledge and experience of regulatory reporting requirements (Daily, weekly, monthly etc) including collateral segregation, funds allocation

• Pledge/Re-pledge/Un-pledge requests

• Maintaining and circulation of operational MIS

• Contribute to automation initiatives and be part of UAT and implementation cycles

• Timely escalation of issues

• Pro-active Identification of gaps in processes

• Risk and control mindset

• Liaising with Exchange/Clearing House teams

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be a full time graduate.

2. Experience in Broking Operations, Trade Lifecycle

3. Should have good team management skills.
