- Develop accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare detailed MEP models based on project drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to resolve design clashes.
- Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Create and update MEP families, schedules, and project documentation.
- Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and installation drawings from BIM models.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
