- Scheduling & Allocation: Manage day-to-day resource scheduling, work allocation, and staffing coordination for assigned Tax teams and service lines.
- Capacity & Conflict Management: Monitor staffing conflicts, capacity gaps, and availability trends; proactively escalate complex risks to Resource Management leadership.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engagement teams and business leaders to match staffing requirements with resource availability, skill sets, and project deadlines.
- Operational Monitoring: Track time entry, billable hours, leave schedules, and availability metrics, following up with professionals to ensure data integrity.
- Lifecycle Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires by building initial schedules, and coordinate reassignments during offboarding transitions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and update the resource management system, creating staffing reports, dashboards,
and trackers to support data-driven leadership decisions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree with 6 Years and Post Grad with 9 Years
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience, featuring at least 2+ years dedicated to Resource Management, Planning, or Scheduling.
- Industry Background: Prior experience supporting a skilled services environment (Tax, Accounting, Audit, or Consulting) is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with tax engagement cycles, seasonal business demand patterns, or filing deadlines is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook) along with comfort using automated staffing and reporting tools.
